Log Cabin on 11ac w/ SPA - 4 mins to Lac McGregor

Havre de paix avec amis et/ou famille. Positive: L'emplacement étais formidable. La beauté du chalet nous à combler. Negative: Le bain de la chambre principale étais très long à remplir (basse pression)

Superb cottage Positive: The location is perfect. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. The stairs and the fireplace are magnificent. The host was available. We did snowshoe as a family and the land surrounding the area is very beautiful.I will comme back for sure however, what I did not like must not be an issue next time. I still recommended the cottage the size is perfect for a family. We did appreciate our stay. Negative: As a high end rental location, I expected everything to be perfect. However, the spa was not cleaned nor the water quality and PH balance done properly and filled like I should be. Although I could have balanced the water in the spa, there was no chemicals provided available as told by the owner. Frankly, I should have not been ask to do the job by myself. As a high end rental location, it should have been done properly before we arrived. Also, due to an electricity blackout from 20h to 22h, and as a result the water pump pressure went down and we did not have water from 20h to the following day at 8h. We couldn't reach the owner to find out how to restart the water well pump before 8h am. It was a minor issue but none of less a situation that could have been avoided should we have been able to reach the owner rapidly. (We sent an email, we sent a message via Booking.com and we even called but we were answered back the following day. It would be a good idea to provide information on how to restart the water pump in case of electricity disruption. But overall, the owner was nice enough to offer us a late check out for 14h which was appreciated.

The stay was excellent for a group of 6 person, I highly recommend Positive: The property is spacious clean well accommodated

Positive: La maison est magnifique L endroit es superbe Les peignoir à disposition pour le spa c est très agréable Le grand espace pour une famille nombreuses Café à disposition Tablette lave vaisselle lessive Le spa très agréable Negative: La maison est magnifique mais pourrais être sublime WC bouchée au premier rez de chaussé apparemment c est déjà arrivé il y a déjà une remarque dans les commentaires à ce sujet Franchement les poêle et casserole sont à changé elle sont vraiment usé Dommage que la vaisselle soit dépareillé ça ne va pas avec le standing de la maison Assiette plate pas en nombre suffisant pour le nombre de convive ou alors faus prendre des assiettes en plastique Nous avons du laver certaines vaisselle qui ont été rangé sale Certains tiroir sont en fouillis pareil ça ne va pas avec le standing Il serai bien de fermé les locaux technique ça éviterai au convive de voir le fouillis Chambre en bas servent en partis de stockage des peignoir dommage....
