The basement apartment was cute but I wouldn't stay here again.
Positive: The apartment was clean.
Negative: Sleep was not restful as it is a basement apartment with no sound insulation from noise above. We could hear stomping and yelling starting at 7/8am. No responses from host for email inquiries.

It was very homey, clean and comfortable.
Positive: It was everything I wanted. I liked that there was parking. It was very homey and comfortable.
Negative: The noise from upstairs but that is just the way it is when a space is in the basement.

Negative: 不隔音，可以清晰地听到楼上人的脚步声和说话声，连着两天清晨被吵醒，需要戴个耳塞；窗帘不遮光

Partit du mauvais pied mais une fin agréable
Positive: La propreté et la proximité aux loisirs
Negative: Sur l’annonce s’était mit une chambre et un canapé lit mais il n’y avait pas de canapé lit mais des matelas gonflables.
Puis l’une des chaises de table à manger était branlante.
