Our group of 8 plus a dog stayed at the property for a family reunion in the Ottawa area. Pros:-close to highway, grocery store, SAQ, Costco and mall-the kids enjoyed the games table and having space in the basement to hang out-each room had a queen bed-new hottub (we didn't use it though)-host allowed us to have other family visit during the day (with advanced notice)Cons:-kettle and toaster were not working-we couldn't figure out the A/C, but it was ok in May with the windows open

Positive: Great location, VERY clean, all questions were answered promptly, lots of space, beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Electrical issues with operating more than one appliance at a time, and some furniture was in need of repair
